      Billing Specialist

      The Ability Matters Group (AMG) is a market leading international healthcare products and services provider, operating primarily in areas that enhance mobility and accessibility including orthotics, prosthetics and wheelchairs. We have in excess of 60 sites across the UK and Ireland, as well as operations in France, The Netherlands and Sweden; employing approximately 700+ staff.

      Job Summary:

      Hands-on sales invoicing role, working very closely with the Senior Billing & AR Specialist to ensure that Billing is raised, and sent out on time.

      Key responsibilities and tasks:

      • Responsible for raising sales invoices and credit notes across the business
      • Produce regular checks to enable billing to be produced and sent out correctly
      • Identify and feedback any errors that are impacting Billing, so they can be stopped at source
      • Produce and send out Billing via email and Tradeshift on a regular basis
      • Work with the AR Manager and other internal stakeholders to ensure robust controls are in place to ensure accuracy of sales invoices before they go out
      • Support the team with any invoice back up requests as of when required
      • Prompt and accurate filing of documents
      • Update the invoicing tracker, and highlight any missing PO’s
      • Assist with other AR duties as of when required

      Qualifications:

      • Ideally Accountancy qualification/background. Experience within a similar role would be preferred
