Business Analyst

      We are looking for a Business/Systems Analyst to join our team in Abingdon to work on a number of business enhancements projects. The BA will be joining a dedicated team working across the Opcare business and in partnership with NHS.

      We are looking for an experienced BA, who is able to work with staff at all levels of the business to investigate, clarify and document requirements. Projects will range across clinical, operational and financial aspects of the business so must be able to understand concepts and concerns from all areas. The BA should be able to seek out all parties true requirements, and to successfully negotiate best solution for the business as a whole.

      Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

      • Document business requirements in clear, concise, and unambiguous manner.
      • Elicit business requirements using variety of methods, both in person and remotely.
      • Facilitate understanding between technical and business teams.
      • Engage business stakeholders when/where required for new development and understand the business context for enhancements.
      • Use methodologies and tools appropriate to the scale and complexity of each project or change request being undertaken.
      • Collaborate with project managers and sponsors to determine project scope and vision.


      • 5+ years of business / systems analysis experience.
      • Strategic, analytical and logical thinker with excellent organisational skills.
      • Excellent communication skills at all business levels.
