      The Customer Operations department have a new and exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join the business as a Customer Service Advisor. Experience in similar roles is desirable but not essential.

      The Role

      To handle complaints received from patients, customers and suppliers. To log, investigate and resolve all queries and / or complaints efficiently and accurately in a timely manner.

      Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

      • Efficient and Accurate Customer Communication.
      • First escalation point of the customer query / complaint from the team.
      • Ensuring complaints are logged, investigated and followed up.
      • Communicating with centre‚Äôs.
      • Info inbox management.
      • Preventive maintenance
      • Identifying correct resources to support with resolving query.
      • Co-ordinate leads times and job completion within the wider production team.
      • Following correct escalation process.
      • Maintain the department mission of providing accurate and acceptable responses to the customer in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
