      Job Summary:

      The role holder has responsibility for analysing and improving Dynamic Nav based system processes within the Ability Matters Group (AMG).
      This involves understanding and analysing processes within the business, and carrying out development plans to achieve improvements
      Ensures the highest overall operational, management, financial, Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality (HSEQ) governance of the business.

      Reports to: Navision and System Manager

      Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

      • Overall delivery of Dynamics Nav system-based development plans and projects
      • Analysing current Dynamics Nav system usage and producing implementation plans for improvements.
      • Act as an effective change agent, driving improvement through visible and professional leadership and being proactive.
      • Supporting users on Dynamics Nav usage and issues.
      • Working to support and improve other applications used by the business
      • Establishing best practice by communicating with relevant teams
      • Has an excellent appreciation of the data requirements of the Group and availability of reports and systems to fulfil these.
      • Define test scenarios, test scripts and undertake or lead documented system testing
      • Ensure that the Group maintains compliance with related statutory standards.

      Skills & Personal Attributes:

      The position requires the job holder to possess: –

      • Good understanding of Navision with detailed knowledge of at least some & preferable all these Nav modules Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics & Procurement.
      • Understanding of Navision process management
      • Ability to identify issues and methods of resolution
      • Able to create process maps & system documentation and system specifications
      • Excellent Excel skills, able to utilise data to build in depth reports
      • Positive and proactive ’can-do’ attitude.
      • Analytical skills to identify data trends and challenges.
      • Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
      • Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships.
      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to explain data analysis processes in a user-friendly manner.

      • Experience of and comfortable working in a fast paced, flexible organisation
      • Able to prioritise, plan and organise efficiently and work with multiple conflicting priorities.
