We have in excess of 60 sites across the UK and Ireland, as well as operations in France, The Netherlands and Sweden; employing approximately 700+ staff.

      We are thrilled to announce that we have an exciting opportunity for an In-House Recruiter to join our HR team!

      As our new In-House Recruiter, you will be delivering a first-class, end-to-end recruitment service across the Group working in partnership with our leaders and managers. You will own our recruitment strategies and drive every aspect of the recruitment process to get Ability Matters Group the best possible talent!

      What you will be doing with us:

      • You will be a key player in our HR team and partner with internal stakeholders to run a flawless recruitment process from start to end such as sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding
      • Have responsibility for defining job descriptions to ensure the best calibre of candidates can be sourced and retained
      • Use social media to hunt the best talent – Particularly for those niche roles!
      • Create diverse and inclusive sourcing strategies ensure the attraction and placement of the right talent at the right time
      • Establish strong relationships with external partners such as job boards and recruitment agencies
      • Be the AMG recruitment champion and train stakeholders on on how to have the best recruitment and selection processes
      • Network at our industry events

      What we are looking for:

      • Have previous experience in a recruitment or talent role
      • Experience of dealing with high volumes of recruitment for varied roles
      • A flexible approach with the ability to prioritise workload independently and meet deadlines
      • Excellent administration and organisation skills
      • A high level of discretion and confidentiality
      • Excellent attention to detail
      • Have confidence in building relationships
      • Target driven
      • Knowledge of healthcare recruitment is advantageous
      • No specific qualifications are essential but REC/CIPD qualifications are advantageous
      • Full clean UK driving licence
