      Orthotist

      Due to Company expansion, we are looking to recruit an experienced Orthotist/Senior Orthotist for our centre in Leicester. The service provides in and outpatient services to a range of patients and covers the treatment of paediatrics, trauma and orthopaedic, complex neuromuscular and diabetes as well as more general conditions. The service is supported by some on site productions facilities with a team of technicians working alongside the clinical team.

      This position provides an ideal setting for enthusiastic clinicians with a vision to develop their career, clinical expertise and interests in many areas of orthotic care.  The successful applicant will need to be capable of practising independently and have a focus on continual improvement.

      The successful applicants will need to:

      • Have obtained a BSc in Prosthetics and Orthotics or other suitable appropriate qualifications
      • Be registered with HCPC and ideally be a member of BAPO and/or ISPO
      • Undergo enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) and/or Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) checks
      • Provide satisfactory references
      • Have the right to work in the UK
