Production/Workshop Manager

      We are currently looking for a Production/Workshop Manager to join our centre in Belfast.

      Production / Workshop Manager:

      Sought for a busy workshop, manufacturing and repairing prosthetic limbs.  You will have a proven track record in managing production activities and staff to ensure timely manufacture.  We appreciate that it is unlikely that you will have experience with managing manufacture of prostheses and training will be given.

      Key elements of this rewarding job role include:

      • Ability to manage human and material resource to maximise production and ensure maintenance of machinery and equipment used.
      • To liaise with the Clinicians in order to address problems and deliver solutions.
      • Timely production of management reports is necessary.

      To succeed in this role you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in manufacturing, preferably in a supervisory position.  Familiarity with IT systems would be an advantage.  A sound knowledge of Health & Safety and Quality Assurance Systems is desirable.
