      Job Summary:

      We are currently seeking an experienced Prosthetist to join our service in Roehampton. The role sits within a large team of Prosthetists and Orthotists providing clinical care. The Prosthetist assesses clients / patients in conjunction with Physiotherapists, NHS Consultants, doctors and other members of the interdisciplinary team as appropriate then provides prosthetic treatment based on best practice.

      The successful applicants will need to:

      • To ensure prosthesis issued to patients are fitting and functioning satisfactorily and provided in a timely manner.
      • To treat all users with dignity keeping them informed on their prosthetic treatment and the basis for actions/advice.
      • Using REHAPP and CIMS, correctly record patient details and to process orders/deliveries.
      • Ensure that internal communications are kept confidential when appropriate.
      • To practice within the code of ethics and guidelines of the HCPC.
      • To participate in continuing professional development and ensure your CPD portfolio is maintained.
      • To participate in clinical audit.

      • HND Prosthetics
