      Due to continued growth and recent acquisitions of new businesses, we are now looking to recruit a Seamstress/Seamster in our team in Middlesbrough, Greencare Mobility are a leading supplier to the NHS for manual and Powered Wheelchairs and accessories.
      This is a key role which manufactures custom-made Seating covers and products to comply with ISO Standards.

      Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

      • To comply with required health and safety standards as outlined by local site policy
      • To ensure that the department is kept up to the acceptable standards of housekeeping
      • To prepare and upholster custom seating and accessories as required by a clinical specification
      • To work to the required standard lead times against the works order.
      • To deliver right first time Seating covers and accessories
      • Prepare and maintain production and inspection records, signing off all jobs once completed within your specified manufacturing process
      • To play an active role in any improvement projects within your department
      • Inform Team Leader of any production/delivery discrepancies
