The manufacture of custom-made seating products to comply with ISO13485 Standards (if certified).
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
To comply with required health and safety standards as outlined by local site policy.
To ensure that the department is kept up to the acceptable standards of housekeeping.
To prepare and assemble/build seating as required by a clinical specification.
To work to the required standard lead times against the works order.
To deliver right first time Seating.
Prepare and maintain production and inspection records, signing off all jobs once completed within your specified manufacturing process.
To play an active role in any improvement projects within your department.
Inform Team Leader of any production/delivery discrepancies.
Positive and proactive ’can-do’ attitude.
Excellent hand and eye co-ordination.
Able to build and develop effective relationships, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to prioritise, plan and organise efficiently.
Self-motivated and uses initiative.
Attitude of continuous improvement.
Confident using machines and hand tools
