      Ortho Europe are now looking to hire a Team Leader in our CAD department in Bradford.

      Job Summary:

      Daily management of a Production Team, ensuring all work undertaken in processes and products produced within the cell are manufactured to meet and comply with the requirements of with ISO13485 medical devices (if certified).

      Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

      • To comply with required health and safety standards as outlined by local site policy.
      • To ensure that the department is kept up to the acceptable standards of housekeeping.
      • To lead, motivate and drive manufacturing objectives within your area.
      • Ensure that all production capacity is covered by cross training of staff members.
      • Ensure all staff are treated fairly and equally within your area.
      • Ensure all departments are working to the required standard lead times against the works order.
      • To deliver right first-time products.
      • Prepare and maintain production and inspection records.
      • To play an active role in any improvement projects within your department.
      • Inform the Assistant Production Manager of any production/delivery discrepancies.
