      Wheelchair Service and Repair Manager – Opcare

      We aim to deliver a first class service for users whilst applying the most advanced and exciting clinical and technical solutions available to patients. We have an opportunity for a Wheelchair Service and Repair Manager to join our team based at the Barwell Industrial Estate, Chessington.

      The Role 
      Whilst delivering the highest standards of management support, you will manage a team who are responsible for delivering contracted approved repairer services to NHS service user base.

      Responsibilities:

      • Management of all assigned tasks so they are delivered efficiently and accurately, also responsible for ensuring systems are up to date and maintained at all times.
      • Operational management support for the Opcare Wheelchair Service
      • Maximise productivity and drive cost efficiencies to achieve contractual KPI’s
      • Drive continuous improvement within the facility

      The Person

      • Significant experience working in an operational management role.
      • Good understanding of English –Written and Verbal
      • Experience working in an technical service delivery operational management role
      • Experience in stock inventory management and warehouse functions
      • A comprehensive working knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
      • Excellent attention to detail.
      • Dynamic attitude, results driven with an astute commercial understanding of business drivers

      The role holder will be subject to a DBS check prior to commencing employment which must satisfy company standards.
