Workshop Manager

      We have an exciting opportunity for a Workshop Manager to join our team in Bristol

      Job role summary

      The role holder manages the workshop environment in Bristol for the fabrication, repair and maintenance of medical devices for patients being seen in the Bristol Centre for Enablement.
      This is a key role that ensures all manufacturing is dealt with efficiently and accurately and that all systems are up to date and maintained at all times.

      What experience/skills you will need:

      • Experience in managing a diverse team
      • Experience in stores management
      • Management experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
      • Organisation and distribution of workload to the team of technicians.
      • Setting objectives and managing the annual appraisal process with direct reports.
      • Management qualification is desirable, but not essential.
      • Knowledge of Health & Safety and Quality within a manufacturing environment.
