      About the Scheme

      Based in the UK, with the opportunity to work across all sites, you will participate in a flexible role that will involve working in key departments such as, Facilities, Finance, Operational tasks, Customer Services and Administration.

      In this period, you will be mentored by the operational support manager and will work closely with the COO. This will allow you to have the opportunity to quickly make a positive contribution within a successful and growing company.

      About Yourself

      To be considered for this role, you must have a degree and the desire to embark on a business career.

      You should be able to demonstrate problem solving expertise, process improvement, project management and analytical skills. A high level of IT literacy, especially with MS Office applications and the ability to understand new systems and IT solutions is also essential.

      Additionally, as a Business Graduate you will be highly motivated, have a strong work ethic with the ability to produce work to the highest standards within stringent deadlines. You must also have excellent communication skills and be adept in establishing relationships at all levels and influencing others.
