      About the Scheme

      Based at our Abingdon, Oxfordshire site, you will participate in a flexible management training scheme that will involve working in key departments Clinical Service Development, Commercial Management, Operational Management, Personnel Management, Financial Management, Clinical Management,  Project Management, IT management as well as gaining an understanding of the clinical operations which we deliver in Opcare.

      In this period, you will be mentored by experienced managers and will have the opportunity to quickly make a positive contribution within a successful and growing company.

      About Yourself

      To be considered for this role, you must be degree qualified and have the ability to apply your knowledge to a commercial business environment.   You will also wish to embark on a business career.

      You should be able to demonstrate problem solving expertise, process improvement, project management and analytical skills.  A good level of IT literacy, especially with MS Office applications and the ability to understand new systems and IT solutions is also essential.

      Additionally, as a Business Graduate you will be highly motivated, have a strong work ethic with the ability to produce work to the highest standards within stringent deadlines.  You must also have excellent communication skills and be adept in establishing relationships at all levels and influencing others.
